Only four steps:
1. Base treatment: Ensure the area to be repaired on the vehicle body is free of rust, oil, and dust. After roughening, clean and dry.
2. Precise mixing: Thoroughly mix light weight body filler and its hardener at a ratio of 100:2-3 until the color is uniform and without color difference.
3. Thin application: Adhere to the principle of "better thin than thick," with a single coat thickness not exceeding 3mm. Deep recesses can be filled in layers, with each layer allowed to cure for 15-20 minutes.
4. Sanding and finishing: After the surface has hardened (no stickiness when scratched with a fingernail, about 15-20minutes), sand with sandpaper from coarse to fine until the surface is smooth and even before spray the primer.
Key details to note when using this product
1、the hardener ratio must be strictly controlled – too much will cause brittleness, while too little will result in stickiness that makes sanding impossible;
2、use it as soon as possible after opening, and seal any unused material to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.
